Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Terms & Conditions.

Information and content you submit in connection with participation in an Event, including a photo or selfie submitted for display during an Event.
Information you provide when contacting Speakeasy for support or reporting a concern.
Technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, and usage information.
Event participation and Platform activity.
Speakeasy does not record the content of private conversations between Participants through the Platform.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information we collect to:
Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.
Create, manage, and facilitate Events.
Enable Participants to use Platform features during Events.
Respond to support requests and reports.
Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized activity.
Monitor Platform performance and usage.
Comply with legal obligations.
Enforce our Terms & Conditions and other policies.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Platform and may use them to understand Platform usage and improve functionality. You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or share personal information for third-party advertising purposes.

Service providers that help us host, operate, maintain, analyze, or secure the Platform.
Hosts, when reasonably necessary to create, manage, or facilitate an Event or address an issue relating to an Event.
Law enforcement, government authorities, or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of Speakeasy or others.

If Speakeasy becomes aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or other conduct subject to mandatory reporting requirements, Speakeasy will comply with applicable reporting obligations, including reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required by law, and will cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

You may contact Speakeasy to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, where required by applicable law. We may retain certain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, address disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce our agreements.
