    Event hosts provide contact information and payment details necessary for event creation and revenue sharing. Attendees provide a photo for display during live events only.

    2.2 Information Collected Automatically

    Basic usage data and event metadata including event dates, times, and duration. Standard analytics data collected via third-party analytics tools to help us understand Platform usage and improve our services. Technical information such as browser type and device information collected automatically when you access the Platform.

    2.3 Payment Information

    All payments are processed via Apple Pay or Google Pay. Speakeasy does not collect or store payment card information. Payment processing is handled entirely by third-party payment providers subject to their own privacy policies.

    2.4 Cookies and Tracking

    We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. These may include: Essential cookies — necessary for the Platform to function. Analytics cookies — help us understand how the Platform is used.

    As a registered Electronic Service Provider, Speakeasy complies with federal reporting requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. In the event of a suspected violation involving child sexual abuse material, we will report relevant information to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children ("NCMEC") and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

    Attendee photos and event participation data are not retained after an event concludes. Host contact details and event information are retained for operational and legal compliance purposes. Transaction and event metadata are retained as necessary for dispute resolution and legal compliance. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the policies of our third-party analytics providers.

  6. International Users

    Speakeasy operates globally and your information may be processed in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, including in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection standards than your country.
